YOUR BETTER OFF FINDING ANOTHER CAR WASH.... I have been using Xtreme Clean car washes for years now because I like the touchless option and the wash seems to do a pretty good job considering it is touchless. I am a fanatic about having a clean car and own multiple vehicles due to the business I own so I was using Xtreme clean a lot until I had an incident with my Tahoe. Xtreme clean decided to install new bump guards on 1 of it''s wash stalls. Well the new bump guards damaged one of my rims. The regional manager just happened to be there when it happened he advised me to file a claim with them. What a joke, I believe they are only concerned if there is damage to their equipment not your car. They came up with a million reasons why they are not responsible for the damage. I also contacted the regional manager 3 times and he doesn't return messages and the corporate office will not respond to my emails. They say they want you to have the best experience possible but they only care about themselves and their equipment, not making things right with a long term customer that has probably spent thousands at their washes since they have opened.
