UPDATE: The missing man has been found safe. Authorities are asking for the public's help to find an elderly man who went missing Wednesday. The Michigan State Police, Paw Paw post issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for Thomas Francis Kelley, an 81-year-old Portage resident with dementia. Kelley was last seen leaving a café near 8675 Portage Road in Portage at about 12:45 p.m. Wednesday. He has not returned home since that time. Kelley was driving a red 2000 Chevrolet Corvette with a white top and white stripes.
