PORTAGE, MI -- Utility work will cause a road closure in Portage, the city's transportation department reports.Beginning 7 a.m. Monday, Oct. 3, Concord Street will be closed at Boston Avenue to facilitate a sanitary sewer connection, the city of Portage said in a news release.The detour route is East Milham Avenue and South Westnedge Avenue, the city said.The intersection is scheduled to reopen on Wednesday, Oct. 12, weather permitting.Read more:Bearded dragon found hiding from Michigan police u
