CHASSELL, Mich. (WJMN) – Keith Meyers calls Chassell home and among many roles, serves as Vice-Chair on the Chassell Township Planning Commission. 'My dad's originally from Chassell and I actually spent my working career in Kansas,' said Meyers. 'But there was no question, once I had the opportunity to retire, I knew where I was going to come.' Meyers says this place he calls home, is one of a kind. 'I think the U.P. and particularly the Keweenaw, is probably one of the best kept secrets in the country in terms of a place to live,' said Meyers.
